Terms of Sale
These are the terms that apply when you buy from Prompt Upgrades. They're short because the product is simple: you pay, you download, you use.
Who you're buying from
Prompt Upgrades is run by Jordan Telfer, trading as Prompt Upgrades, based in England. Contact: hello@promptupgrades.co.uk. Payments are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the seller of record for tax purposes.
What you're buying
Each product is a digital download: PDF and text files containing AI prompts and examples. Once your payment goes through, you'll receive a download link and an email from Gumroad. Nothing is posted to you.
Refunds
If you're not happy with a pack for any reason, email us within 14 days of buying it and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked. We'd rather you left happy than felt stuck with something that wasn't for you.
Because the product is a download you receive straight away, by completing your purchase you agree that delivery starts immediately and that this replaces the standard 14-day cooling-off period for digital content. Our own 14-day refund promise above covers you instead.
How you can use the prompts
- You can use the prompts as much as you like, for personal or business purposes, in any AI tool.
- You can adapt and change them to suit your own needs.
- You can't resell, share or give away the files or the prompts themselves, whether as they are or lightly reworded. One purchase covers one person (or one business, if you bought it for your company).
What the prompts are, and aren't
The prompts help you get better answers from AI tools. The answers themselves come from the AI you use, not from us, and AI can be wrong. Nothing produced with these prompts is legal, financial, tax or professional advice. Treat every answer as a starting point to check, especially before spending money or making a big decision. We aren't responsible for decisions you make based on AI output.
The prompts are designed to work with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Grok. These tools change often and we don't control them, so we can't guarantee any specific result on any specific platform.
Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and may include VAT depending on where you live, which Gumroad calculates at checkout. We can change prices at any time, but a change won't affect anything you've already bought.
Problems
If a download doesn't work, or you have any other issue, email hello@promptupgrades.co.uk and we'll sort it out. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
